Last updated: April 9, 2026

TOP 1 Air Duct Cleaning LLC ("TOP 1," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to this website and to any estimate or service you request from us.

This website is operated and managed by OnMap Media LLC on behalf of TOP 1 Air Duct Cleaning LLC. OnMap Media LLC processes website inquiries, form submissions, and analytics on TOP 1's behalf as a service provider. All customer service, scheduling, and cleaning work is performed by TOP 1 Air Duct Cleaning LLC.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you request an estimate, schedule a service, or contact us, we collect:

  • Your name.
  • Phone number.
  • Email address.
  • Service address and any access details you share.
  • The message or project details you include.
  • Any other information you voluntarily provide during a call, text, or WhatsApp conversation.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, certain information is collected automatically by our hosting provider and standard web technologies:

  • Approximate location derived from your IP address.
  • Device and browser type, operating system, screen size, and language.
  • Referring URL, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.
  • Basic interaction data (clicks, scroll position) if analytics are enabled.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial-account credentials, precise geolocation, biometric information, or health information through this website. We do not collect personal information from children under 13; see Section 9.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and prepare your estimate.
  • Schedule, perform, and follow up on your service.
  • Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related communications.
  • Process payment and maintain records required for tax and accounting.
  • Improve our website, services, and customer experience.
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
  • If you separately opt in, send you promotional offers or service reminders. You can opt out at any time.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in the limited circumstances below:

  • Service providers. We use trusted third parties to operate our business. These include our website host, email provider, form-processing service (FormSubmit), mapping services (Google Maps), WhatsApp (for customer messaging), and payment processors. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their function and are contractually or by policy required to protect it.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process; to enforce our Terms; to protect the rights, safety, or property of Top 1, our customers, or others; or to investigate potential fraud or unauthorized activity.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require the successor to honor this Privacy Policy or provide you notice.
  • With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose you specifically consent to.

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help the site function, remember your preferences, and measure how visitors use the site. We use the following categories:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for core site functions like page navigation and security. These cannot be turned off.
  • Preference cookies — remember your cookie-banner choice and similar preferences.
  • Analytics cookies — if enabled, help us understand aggregate usage so we can improve the site.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. You can also use the cookie banner on our site to accept or decline non-essential cookies. Declining non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using the site but may affect some features. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because no common industry standard has been finalized.

5. Data Retention

We keep your personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal and tax obligations (generally up to seven years for financial records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it using commercially reasonable methods.

6. Data Security & Breach Notification

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security breach affecting personal information of Florida residents, we will provide notice as required by the Florida Information Protection Act of 2014 (Fla. Stat. § 501.171), including notice to affected individuals within the timeframes required by law.

7. Your Choices & Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct — ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Delete — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to exceptions that allow or require us to retain it (for example, tax records or active disputes).
  • Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe from marketing emails, reply STOP to marketing texts, or contact us directly.
  • Withdraw consent — where we rely on your consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@top1airductcleaning.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and include enough information for us to verify your identity and locate your records. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally within 45 days). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8. State-Specific Rights

California residents. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) may give you additional rights, including the right to know the categories of personal information collected, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom information is shared; the right to request deletion or correction; the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a California rights request, use the contact method in Section 7. You may also designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.

Other U.S. states. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others as laws come into effect) may have similar rights, including the right to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising or profiling. We honor these rights where they apply. Contact us using Section 7 to make a request.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 for residents of states where that is the applicable age). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

When you provide your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us at that number related to your estimate, appointment, and services. If you separately opt in (for example, by checking a marketing-consent box on our form), you also consent to receive promotional calls and text messages, which may be delivered using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of any purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or contacting us using Section 11. Opting out of marketing will not affect transactional messages necessary to provide your service.
