This website is operated and managed by OnMap Media LLC on behalf of TOP 1 Air Duct Cleaning LLC. OnMap Media LLC processes website inquiries, form submissions, and analytics on TOP 1's behalf as a service provider. All customer service, scheduling, and cleaning work is performed by TOP 1 Air Duct Cleaning LLC.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you request an estimate, schedule a service, or contact us, we collect:

The message or project details you include.
Any other information you voluntarily provide during a call, text, or WhatsApp conversation.

We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally within 45 days). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 for residents of states where that is the applicable age). If you separately opt in (for example, by checking a marketing-consent box on our form), you also consent to receive promotional calls and text messages, which may be delivered using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of any purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or contacting us using Section 11. Opting out of marketing will not affect transactional messages necessary to provide your service.
